About the role
Our Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of our growth team, making a significant effort to drive our growth strategy. You will be curious, business-oriented, and data-driven. This role requires the type of person who enjoys finding answers and wading through rabbit holes of data in the relentless pursuit of optimization.
Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution of all of our online advertisements on Facebook/Instagram, Google and Pinterest, as well as EDM briefing, execution and testing. Since you’ll be managing different types of creatives, messaging and tactics across multiple channels, you’ll have a keen eye for detail and be able to fix mistakes, identify areas for optimization and streamline where needed.
The day-to-day workload involves tracking KPIs, reviewing ads and EDMs, briefing and working closely with our creative team and brand marketing team on creative and copy.
You are obsessed with performance, tracking and optimizing by any means necessary (innovative spreadsheets, dashboards and reports) and ensuring that ongoing marketing and campaign marketing results in the best business outcome (and creative!).

- You have between 2 and 3 years of experience in a similar position in Digital Marketing.
- Curious and obsessed with finding answers and finding data.
- Proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of how each advertising platform works (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest) and best practices for ads.
- A love for reporting, web analytics and conversion metrics.
- Enjoy working with data and identifying trends to improve business performance.
