Dodgers: Mookie Betts adds another skill to his resume

It’s hard enough to hone your craft and become one of the best all-around players in any sport, but Mookie Betts seems like an athlete who does more than just baseball.

The 2018 AL MVP and two-time World Series champion has extended his dominance to other sports as well. Whether it be bowling at 300 or run a great course in football. The question is not what can he do, but what can’t he do?

Betts will add another skill to his repertoire. His media company Propagate has entered into a contract with One Media/Marketing Group. Mookie will be one of the scripted and unscripted film producers. In addition to films, the two business partners will also produce television and podcasts. Some of them are already in production.

Mookie co-owns the group with Derrick Phillips, Cam Lewis and Jeff Mason.

Mookie talked about her new venture.

“I’m thrilled at the opportunity to partner with Propagate to not only create fresh, uplifting and inspiring content, but also to provide opportunities for other budding creatives.”

Propagate co-CEOs Howard T. Owens and Ben Silverman commented on their collaboration with Betts and OMG.

“Mookie Betts is a man of many talents – an All-Star baseball player who has been on multiple World Series championship teams, a professional 10-pin bowler, and now a content producer. We are thrilled to partner with Mookie and the OMG team and we can’t wait to get started on the projects we have in development.

Now Mookie Betts can display another talent beyond baseball.
