Jake Paul includes saving Floyd Mayweather from bankruptcy among 2022 goals
Paul enjoys an ongoing feud with Mayweather that dates back to the preparations for the Ring Legend show fight with Jake’s brother Logan
Jake Paul wants to buy Floyd Mayweather’s promotion company next year – and save the ring legend from bankruptcy.
YouTube star Paul has had a back-and-forth feud with Mayweather since setting up for the latter’s exposure fight with Jake’s brother Logan.
Paul ripped off Mayweather’s hat after the opening press conference, a blow that sparked a scuffle that left the instigator with a black eye.
And the 24-year-old apparently intends to continue the rivalry until 2022 after including the retired star in his loss of goals for 2022.
âSome people ask me about my goals for 2022,â Paul wrote on Twitter. ” Here they are ; 1. Buy Mayweather promotions and save them from bankruptcy. 2. Hire a stylist for Floyd Mayweather. 3. Take a selfie with Oprah. 4. Go to a chiropractor for recovery after practicing the sport of boxing. ”

Paul fought three times in 2021 as he extended his undefeated professional record to five fights.
He knocked out Ben Askren in the first round in April before being won by Tyron Woodley in eight rounds in August.
Paul was next to face Tommy Fury in December, but the Briton pulled out due to injury and was replaced by Woodley on two weeks’ notice.
In their rematch, Paul knocked out the former UFC champion with a sickening right hand in the sixth round.
And as he mulled over his next move, Paul added, “It’s the last day of the year so hopefully next year maybe some of you crazy *** ***, could do better. “

Paul hasn’t committed to a comeback date yet, but Combat mirror understands he’s ready to take seven months out of the ring.
He intends to focus his energy on promoting the clash between his teammate Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor.
The fight, which is yet to be agreed, is shaping up to be the biggest ever in women’s boxing and has a working date in March in New York.
By the time Paul returns to training, UFC Nate Diaz could have disputed his contract with the MMA promotion, leaving him eligible to face the influencer.
Fury is also hoping for a second chance when he recovers from his broken rib while former world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr claims he was approached with an offer.
