Junior Content Producer – Pedestrian Jobs

Then the Junior Content Producer position at Storyation is (probably) what you’ve been looking for.

Contributing to the agency’s exciting, high-level work for major brands, the Junior Content Producer supports our team of experts made up of editors, video producers, social media professionals, strategy nerds and client services managers to create and deliver branded content for digital channels such as websites, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok as well as beautiful magazines and print products.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn all aspects of producing branded content while bringing a professional and warm attitude to the day-to-day work. The successful candidate will support our editorial team by sourcing images to accompany written content, support the video team by assisting with pre-production through to final asset delivery, and help run our team with all important elements of a good – a resourced and efficient office space.

By working with a talented group of content professionals both at the agency, with our clients, and across an extensive network of top-notch freelancers, you will be central to the success of Storyation and our clients’ content.

The person we are looking for has the following types of experience and skills:

  • A degree (higher or professional) in a marketing, communications, media, production, digital or similar field
  • Some experience working in an office, administrative or professional environment (including internships), carrying out work both individually and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of social media, digital content, marketing and/or production concepts
  • Detail oriented and self-starter organizational skills, often on multiple projects running concurrently with competing deadlines
  • Professional written and oral communication, including the ability to learn and use technical or production-related jargon
  • Use of Adobe Creative Suite applications (including InDesign, Photoshop, PremierePro, etc.), project management applications (eg Wrike, Trello or similar) and Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
