Madano hires two seniors as head of technology departures
After four years as the agency’s chief technology officer, Dominic Weeks joins Madano’s client and zero-emission aircraft specialist ZeroAvia.
Jillian Stead – previously director of the agency’s Canadian sister company, National – took over the role. At the same time, Farah Pasha joined Madano’s technology team as Associate Director.

As Director of Digital Technology and Marketing at National, Stead led the planning and implementation of multiple strategies for technology companies such as Uber, Bombardier and Telus, and advised emerging leaders in the fintech fields. , blockchain, agrotech, health technology, advanced manufacturing and energy innovation.
Prior to becoming a consultant, she was a communications and digital strategist for the incumbent Liberal Party of British Columbia for 16 years, providing advice and social media management to the former premier and members of his cabinet. She was previously a producer and reporter for the Canadian public broadcaster, CBC News.

She will oversee multiple client portfolios and help shape and drive the strategic direction of the tech practice, Madano said.
